Miljenko,

Agreed that the sales are relatively small; that these are the first insider sales in the past 2 years other than Randall Kirk's sale in February. Even insiders have to live, send kids to school, buy cars/homes etc.

I took my money, taxes and a nice profit off the table simply because I've had too many 10 baggers become 2 baggers or worse during the past year. Now SCIO is "house" money for me.

And if the shorts or whomever is selling gets too carried away after the secondary is complete, I would have no qualms about loading up again. Each time I hear Brewer talk about Natrecor, the potential market seems to grow by several $100M. And I suspect that the P38 Kinase Inhibitor, if successful, will be a major out and out blockbuster. Even though I've been warned many times that such hopes are far too premature, I think they've got the toxicity concerns licked.

My earlier post wasn't an encouragement for anyone else to sell; just pointing out another factor that might have been lurking in the shadows.

Best wishes,
Ian.
