Yeah, well this is the same small post office with the postmaster and clerks who've known me for years, the postmaster was a fellow Lion, the main clerk played with me in a big band for years, but when mail is addressed to my physical address in town instead of my P.O. Box they send it back like they've never heard of me. Postal regulations. Crap. So much for customer service. Fed Ex, now, the deliveryman is a client of mine, a box can arrive in the town with just my name on it, nothing else, and it speeds straight to my door. But the P.O.? Actually deliver the mail? Not if they can help it.
