The bills will be higher for years to pay bonds. Hell, they were already 2 times higher than the average. Heavy residential users will get hit the hardest.

What outrage, it'll be dark, you can get away with anything.;)

The PUC are dumber than Davis, even the ones appointed by Wilson.

CA is BORROWING money, going into DEBT to subsidize private energy usage. You should be outraged.
