re T and AWE, my "advice" is use the opportunity to SELL. There should be some serious fees involved with the AWE spinoff followed by the T breakup plan. There should be no shortage of "upgrades" by the underwriters involved.

AWE is a dead wireless company with a technology that is out in left field. It will cost them a fortune to compete against an extremely crowded field. Their sub growth is decelerating and I expect it to go negative when 2.5G hits the market this fall.

T is in even worse shape. I think they are going to be the XRX of tomorrow.

I would split it between Wireless and Broadband.
