Dear Stephen: Well, of course, to be successful you got to be where the PUCK LANDS not where it is. Commercial traders are VERY short term oriented. Most individual investors are more long term oriented. A strong short base in a good stock is the ultimate impetus for a good rally in that stock. I cant tell you WHEN, (gosh I wish I could-gg), but I suspect you will in fact see a nice rally in EMC (we already had one) and I THINK it will be before the year is out. JDN
