What happens if Arafat is no longer there. Is there a mechanism for Palestinians to replace him without starting WW-III?

1) Arafat quits - would this ever happen?

2) Arafat replaced - could he or would he quit?

3) Arafat shot by Arabs - then what?

What happens after Arafat is gone. If he gets shot by his own people what happens? If his own people shoot him and try and pin it on Israel what happens? Can he ever quit and is there anybody right now to replace him if he does just quit.
