"Everything is relative. These guys have the premier software package for telecom billing. Anyone who has been involved with telecom billing knows it is a bitch, and these guys make it easier and more flexible. They are a play on subscriber growth and will grow exponentially if things turn around. If the industry stays in the dumps, they will too. " That is a fact, it's what I'm betting on. The telcoms won't stay in the dumps forever and one of the things that will help get them out of their hole is 3G phones.
