i missed buying PAL by a hair's breadth on the last correction...if it pulls back again, i'm a buyer. it's difficult to judge the metals immediate future...on the one hand, the SA producers are set to increase production markedly, otoh Russia seems not to have any significant stockpiles left, so the tightness in supplies will probably remain a factor for some time to come. demand has decreased somewhat last year as a result of the extreme price spike, but not sufficiently to bridge the gap.
