BOTTLEROCKET Here is one that I would like to add today. CHTR just nudged up against a spread quad top after breaking two DTs. It appears to be following the BSL upward. The kicker is that once it breaks 24 (meaningfully), it should turn into a true bottlerocket. Now this is something I want to check, but the short interest is 144% of the float. Once this one starts moving up, you could see some real panic buying. It fits into my view that the Cable MSOs are going to be positioned well in the future.
