Shorts appear to be moving out.
The real upside is buried in their patent portfolio, which Sidley & Austin have taken on a contingency basis, they are the same firm which represents Microsoft in their anti-trust battles, a firm such as theirs would never take a case such as this on a contigency basis unless they forsee a huge revenue potential. LOL,.....it wasn't me dude. I was hoping COSN would joint the bull run yesterday, but gladly take the delay effect today. I am not letting COSN go anytime soon, still think it can climb above 3.50 short term.

My whinning yesterday seems to make a different with COSN, may be I should do it more often :)

Where did you hear the rumor COSN has deal with CSCO? TIA...
