They did not have to liquidate Xinmao , they chose to.
Xinmao was a money pit. The company could not make any money
competing against the government owned LPG companies that
just kept lowering prices and then having to pay the gov 33% of
what ever they did make
The money they received will pay off the company debt.
The company is still going strong with Zunyi and
other depots selling oil and gas.
Go back and read the filings again.
