Martin, the BKR news:

Berkshire's Humboldt No. 6 shows no sign of oil

Tue 22 May 2001

News Release

Mr. Paul Larkin reports

Further to the company's news release as reported in Stockwatch May 4,
2001, D.Y. Explorations, Inc. has advised Berkshire this morning that
drilling on the Pine Valley Humboldt unit No. 6 was completed on the long
weekend. The well drilled through the basalt target from 3,445 feet to
3,480 feet with no oil shows and continued to drill into the Indian Wells
sands at 4,080 feet with no oil or gas records. The well drilled to a total
depth of 4,301 feet and the partners agreed not to incur the cost of
logging the well due to the complete lack of an oil showing.
