I would doubt that. The libs tried to set up two other competing CPIs, the senior's CPI and the student's CPI, since the 1996 rig job. The FICA money flow, which the rigged CPI was meant to modify, is now further skewed by exclusions from FICA tax through the EITC and the student employees' exclusions.
