Question for anyone ....

What is a definition for a "turn-date", or what does it mean? For example Heinz has a turn-date for tomorrow, roughly.

Is it strictly a transition from down-to-up or up-to-down?

Or could it also be a transition from up-to-up, such as in Donald's negated sell signal? What does "turn" strictly imply?

Thanks,

Joseph
