I agree a small dump may be in the works. Here's a comment by Sanjay Pol (CSCO Senior Director of Optics Unit) on CBS: "Two particularly bullish remarks were Pol's impression that carriers, after freezing their budgets in the first quarter, were starting to selectively spend again, and his suggestion that large contracts for Cisco's optical products that have been in the pipeline should start to garner revenues as early this quarter, although the rollouts are likely to be OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS," Bogaty told clients.
