One thing I never see mentioned in RE is immigration. I see many from Asia and Latin America moving here and in Calif. Many of these familys bring $ with them to buy property. They all have to live somewhere. I believe this will keep upward pressure on RE prices. fwfiw

How are you doing?

There was a much more friendly tax structure to buy RE in the 70's. We bought a fair amount of RE during that period of time and accelerated the deprecation.
