I haven't heard the evidence yet. I will have to take the case under advisement and wait until I have had an opportunity to thoroughly review the evidence from start to finish.

What is the name of this case again <adjusting eyeglasses>....oh yes, The People v. Larry Flynt. Bring on the file, this may take awhile. <g>
