forgot about the tax man......add in the 1/3 profit you'll be giving to uncle sam and it's even worse...my point....look at stor....you would have been better to buy at $7, hold and buy every dip and still be holding.....or at whatever entry price you entered.......scalping a few here and there made you some money, but you added alot of stress, probably didnt time buys and sells perfectly, and even if you did, does it outweigh the tax burden incurred?

Just some thoughts......I would think at this level, we are presented with an opportune time to build some nice long term hold baskets....lets assume you think sunw is going back to $70...are you better buying now, low, and adding on dips and holding til upper levels, or buy and sell all the way up.......Lots of tax money to be sent in, and unless, and maybe even if, you timed it perfectly on every buy and sell, you are better just buying and holding......

again....just some thoughts

Thx..but trading feels much better until we get a good dip and feel safer..I am making great returns and am not so relaxed that I am going to become a sitting bull again.

This -today is why I hv become a trader. I hv been buying ntap..rbak..still holding jnpr..newp..let a profit turn in to a very small<so for> loss and I promised not to do that
