Scumbria and thread, a Republican Senator...I did not catch his name....is making an announcement tomorrow. People are saying that he is thinking of switching parties. If that is correct, it puts Bush's tax cut in jeopardy in the Senate.

In addition there is an email going around the net [I have not gotten one] asking people to turn off all their electrical appliances and lights from 7-10PM on June 21 as a protest [of some sort]against Bush's energy plan including its shortshrifting of conservation and its proposal to drill in national parks.

we wouldn't have this problem had the previous administration had the gumption to put forth a little leadership

Without any leadership we had gas for most of the country at under $1.50 a gallon

With the current leadership is at $2.00 a gallon.

I think I'll skip the leadership please.

God save us from powerful leadership and $3.00 a gallon gasoline

Don't drill in Alaska, drill in my back yard, I need the royalty payments
