$82 in ten years equals a little more than 13% a year from the current level.

While that certainly is a handsome return, and probably above what should be rationally expected, it doesn't seem as outlandish as you paint it.

Nah. I mean that it is probable that at some point in the next 10 years Cisco's stock will hit $82. It may only swing up there once and then come right back down or may stay up there. Who knows? But the probability of it moving back up there at some point in the next 10 years is very high.
