Did it? I see more women smoking all the time. Besides, this governement wasn't formed to force people to do what health, safety, and green nazis think's best for them. Read the founders.

I see where the taxes will be raised on smokes again because people quit smoking and the added taxes won't cover all the programs they were supposed to. One program that wasn't introduced was help for the poor to quit smoking.
