Gamekeeper, I would like to confirm your perception of you not contributing much in the way of metrics lately. If I am to understand correctly (from the various video surveillance cameras that I have set up), you are treating the female staff like so much of a See's Chocolate Sampler. The tapes indicate that you have sampled as much as 90% of the female staff and NOT ONE metric was instituted or taken. Further...FURTHER!!! You seem to have hypnotized the female staff such that they are ignoring the important members of the other male staff....if you know what I mean. If you can show me how you hynotized the female staff, there is a raise in your future. If not.....you can connect the dots. JXM
