Really, all that needs to be known is that they've filed this case, and that it is currently being pursued. Of course a little further digging will show the shenanigans surrounding the May 1 split or stock reissuance or whatever game that is they played. Naked short paid basher DTC conspiracy theories are the sign of one thing, and one thing only, and it isn't management that cares about shareholder value. All in my Constitutionally protected opinion of course. Regards, Barb
