The Feds other job is to tinker with the money supply.
When they add, they creat liquidity. It is always bullish. Before y2k Greenspan also flooded the market with liquidity, while raising rates.
You can follow it daily. CNBC used to report when the fed drained or added liquidity. I think the M1 M2 and M3 are reported on Thrusday.
