Miljenko,

The number of shares sold and the money received is trivial especially for an officer of the company. I just don't see the Baldwin sale as meaningful of anything. Perhaps she got burned the first time the FDA reviewed Natrecor??? Perhaps she just has expenses which have exceeded her current income.

Richard Brewer hasn't sold a single share in the past 2 years if I remember the data in the link I posted yesterday.
To me, that is much more meaningful. I guess I should go to the Edgar site and see if any insiders plan to sell shares as part of the secondary and how many.

I put in an order to pick up some of the shares that were called from me. Unfortunately, I thought that SCIO was going to take another dip down this afternoon looking at the chart; thus placed my bid midway between current price and the day's low. Order didn't fill as the stock went up about $2 while I tried to save $0.20 / share.

Oh well, I never claimed I was the sharpest knife in the drawer. :-(

Regards,
Ian.
