I might be wrong but I've always imagined monarchy leads to revolution which leads to capitalism or at least undefined free market place and that leads to an organized free market which leads back to socialism which leads to monarchy.

I saw it all when our local socialists came out from under their rocks to meet Prince Chuckles of Wales last month. They bow and curtsey and giggle like drunken town councilors in the presence of his Royal Imperial Majesty. We are all over-whelmed in the presence of greatness, even a great fraud. If you've never experienced goodness you can easily be misled by any form of greatness.

We even have our own brand of monarchy here on the shores of SI in the form of moderated threads.

I have no idea what they talk about on the left wing pooch because my shadow won't darken that obscure place. I can only imagine Whinny as the hand maiden to the proprietor of the left wing pooch. Jumping into court on a pogo stick with long chin and scowl to report on the days goings on for the rest of SI. And of course the other hand maiden Boozy would spout useless drivel from socialist texts and perhaps other nasty things quite outside TOU.
