you are probably right but each time I try to predict the Street reaction I am 100% wrong. They only way for market to take it well if I would be convinced otherwise, hmmmm.... :-))

I don't know. Jeffords has said he won't switch until the tax bill is passed. Other than the tax bill, gridlock is probably good, as it will curb excess spending by the government.
