Sam, The smaller flash modules are definitely going out as commodities, doubt if there's any margin in them. On the other hand, cameras like these might just fuel more demand for larger flash modules. dpreview.com I'm still waiting for mine (g), and this will be my 5th digital camera. @5Mpel+, this thing should fill up an 8MB CF very quickly. This is a good excuse to buy a couple of 128MB CF units. I think much of the premium of flash memory has been eroded as supply slowly caught up with demand, and the rapid recovery for any flash player is not a given. SbH
