My communication on RE investment was purchasing it for rental property, not as a primary home.

My experience in purchasing RE is there is always a unit available for fire sale prices. All you need to do is find someone in a situation where they have to get rid of the property asap and you have cash to take it off their hands. <g>

Terry, have you noticed that 70% of NYSE stocks are trading above their 200 dma and that 80% of stocks
are trading above their 10 week MA. these are certainly overbought territories.

The euro has really been getting trashed the past few days. Yet the dollar has been getting roughed up by the
Yen today, it's been a good day to have been long Yen/short Euro on the cross.
