Bush Jr. means increasing deficit. He can lie through his teeth to deny it, or maybe he is as stupid as he seems, but that is what he is demanding in his economic proposals. I think he is stupid myself and really thinks that his advisors are giving him the straight dope when if fact they want to impoverish the federal government so they can form a corporate aristocracy. There will be no recovery with Bush under the influence of the wackos.
