"1..) I warned everyone of a guy who was accused of stealing 2 mill..bucks"

True that you warned everyone.

"2.) I said i wasnt short and i had no position"

True.

"3.) I never knew anyone who was short"

True but not surprising. It appears that the short position is mostly through Canadian brokerage houses.

"4.) The stock was trading 30-35 cents plus after a major pump program ,, IMO"

okay..

"5.) The stock fell and was subsequently delisted"

True.

"6.) insiders sold lots of stock, IMO"

No evidence of this. I know of one board member who sold some of his position when he left the company. I'm convinced that managment believes their own story.

"7.) anyone who listeend to me would have benefitted, it certainly seems the insiders were listening"

True...except for longterm shareholders who are still holding and still may reap significant rewards.

"8.) I excercised my Right to free speech."

True. Of course there is a fine line between making libelous remarks and free speech...where do you draw it?

"9.) I was right..again"

Not really. Shareprice certainly tanked. However, Medinah was and continues to be a legitimate company with a very valuable gold/copper property, IMO.

Cheers!
