CNN earlier said Jefford said he would vote against the tax cut. That was the comment I a CNN reporter mentioned. That might be a problem for the Nasdaq until we get clarification from him by 2pm. I see more downside before any possible recovery on the market. His vote on the tax cut may not be that decisive since some other Democrats have already gone along with voting to pass it. I am wondering if he was just mentioning it as a joke when asked by the reporter...because has been quiet on his intentions on becoming independent or Democrat.
