I think we are going to have to base for a while after this down, I doubt we just reverse right back up, its been too strong. I don't think the next wave up (if indeed we get one), begins until much later today and I still say the cycle turn refers to the transition from the 4 to the 5 and not the completion of the 5.

BTW, if this gets much uglier (say 33% more down compared to what we have seen this morning), particularly non-tech, we will be dealing with important failures. We'll have to put on our bear thinking caps if that happens.
