I indicated $300 Palm/Phone,not $300 Palm. They already pay $100-200 for a cell phone. And the PC prices are more than the US. In the range of $700-800. And internet access from from home costs around $1.50 per hour (phone +ISP charges). WLL access charges will be in the same ballpark.
