ROIL, DYN, RDC, SKE raised to STRONG BUY doesn't look like we'll be waiting long for our beloved oils/energys sector to start recover. A WHOLE day out of the oil sector, already today early on, PDE on a rumor of takeover (We picked SKE up on an upgrade to strong buy May 9 (moved from 40 to 46.50 in under a week)
