The cost of this BS has gone waay up: "Madden Enters 2nd Guilty Plea 2001-05-23 15:53 (New York) Assistant U.S. attorney Michele L. Adelman confirmed that Madden pleaded guilty to related securities fraud charges at a 2 p.m. hearing Wednesday in Brooklyn federal court. During the proceeding, Madden admitted to engaging in fraud with Stratton Oakmont principals Belfort and Porush, she said. Madden, 44 years old, is expected to receive a 41-month prison sentence under his plea agreement with Brooklyn prosecutors.
