Its a rare opportunity.

I take it you don't think they will have any trouble selling themselves out of this debt hole? This is far from a slam dunk, imo. I like the company and their relative position, but there are significant risks, even with the $300M in pocket.

Will the sales be there? Will telecom budgets reaccelerate in the next 1-2 years? Will 360 be properly positioned when the capex spigot turns back on? etc.

Might be worth a shot at this price, but as recent history in many of these stocks has shown, patience can be rewarded as well...

edit: it'd be nice to see a change in price trend here to justify some averaging down - given we're near all time lows, I presume everyone but deep insiders would be averaging 'down'
