At the present time Uis's market cap is less than $4B. Unruh is pretty much out of the day to day. Uis could privide dell with a slam dunk ms high end and entrance to many large houses, Dell, instead of having to farm out its service could avail itself of Uis personnel without the risk of loosing the customer. Uis would be accretive to e/p from the first day,....... and besides that it would be fun to be able to order your mainframe from a web site, and get a free printer tooooooo!
