PCLN check out the delta news. Maybe last chance to short PCLN before it goes below 5...or will 5 million shares not push it to the brink of death?

4:42pm 05/23/01 Delta to sell Priceline.com shares (DAL, PCLN) By Leticia Williams
Delta Airlines filed to sell 5 million shares of Priceline.com's (PCLN) common stock, according to a regulatory filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Delta planned to sell the shares, worth about $26 million, "as soon as possible" through Goldman Sachs, according to the filing. Delta (DAL) is a 10 percent owner in the Internet retailer. Priceline's shares slipped 29 cents to close Wednesday at $5.25 while Delta's shares gained 79 cents to $47.86.
