GV,

<< Oh, and I don't see a reluctance to sell Intel at $75 as a big part of the bubble mentality, either, although paying 50x earnings for Intel is certainly a bit much. >>

Intel may not earn .60 cents in the next year. I say may with a capital M. I've always liked Intel for their positioning, but have at times questioned their conservative management (ie. i'd still like to see them buy the semi maker QLGC, as ive posted here). At what price would Intel look of interest for you to buy GV, and are you short the stock right now?

I may consider shorting AMAT if it bumps up some more, but I have never looked at Intel as a short. In fact, I only recently have started to look at possible shorts as plays along with my longs...used to think it was so "un-american"...but i'm passed that phase now. ;-)

Thanks. I always enjoy reading your posts from time to time (ie. just like Paul Engel, Tony, Ten, Amy, Scumbria, Ibexx, and others in here)...
