Dear Nadine: I take umbrage at anyone trying to STEAL Bush's education initiative. He made that one of his centerpieces and he has done all in his power to pass the largest increase in Education in HISTORY, all he asked in return was for teachers to have to PERFORM. The Congress took that away from him so probably will turn out to be a big boondogle but not Bush's fault. He did his best. All these people who SAY they are for education never did SQUAT when they had their own President so its all BS. God, I hate all politicians (except GWB (ggg) jdn
