I agree with your general view. The money making opportunities may lie in selling semi stocks at a level much lower where they are today. i.e. there may not be a "turn around" for todays buyers. I think we are in agreement on that point.

Inflation may make nonsense of DOW 20k type (to the moon!) discussions though, but I do think techs may get in a total panic oversold condition. If so, I want to be in a position to buy at that point. -g-

I'm talking about a 1 to 5 yr time frame here.
