Dear JF: the details are beginning to fade in my mind, but as to the DNA there was a question of HOW DID IT GET THERE, in particular the smudge on the back fence which was (overlooked?) until days later etc. Then there was the glove, "if it dont fit, you must acquit", and finally the time line of the time murder occurred and time OJ WAS KNOWN to be at his residence. He would have had to drive up there, park and get onto his property in NO MORE than 15 minutes. In 3 tries the BEST I could do just driving without stopping, parking,leaping over a fence etc was 30 minutes. Remember in a MURDER trial the evidence must be beyond something like 95% sure. jdn
