buy the first, actually the second trading day in June and sell on or before earnings day in July "never loses money". In fact it made 20+ points the last time or two I played it. Agree. Don't know how it plays out this time; could be more uncertainty due to the ups and downs we have seen on the Naz in the past and to some degree also on MSFT. Still, if I was to play...that would be a good plan. Just have to also remember that Appeals court ruling could change the pattern. That is another reason to buy it a little earlier than normal...just in case the ruling comes early.
