Talking about a "spud-in" is a little premature when this company: 1. Doesn't have a drilling rig. 2. Doesn't have any $. 3. Has had a pending registration statement in front of the SEC for almost 9 months awaiting approval to sell stock to the public diluting the equity holders by 50%. (why so long) 4. If approved will attempt to sell it themselves. (why no underwriter?) Yes, you are playing on the tracks with ear plugs in and blindfold securely fastened! :>) sks1 5.
