I think you've summed up the feelings of many Wi-LAN investors very well, Rob.

I think the one area where Wi-LAN has performed with excellence is in their marketing (under which the forging of alliances falls). To Wi-LAN's credit they have been the driving force behind creation and expansion of the OFDM forum, no small achievement for such a tiny company. They are also part of Yamacraw, and the a number of other significant initiatives which other posters might wish to detail.

Wi-LAN has stated that a Nasdaq listing will be "event-driven". They have certainly put most of the pieces together in order to support a major expansion. Let's not forget that they haven't even launched their centrepiece technology (W-OFDM). They intend to do so in August.
