The problem is that all drugs should be treated the same. And any who are guilty of providing a drug to a minor should be hung by neck within 24 hours of conviction.

If one could have the some death penalties I would have no drug be illegal.

Also operating under the influence with injury resulting, hang em.

As a practical matter it's a thorny issue and I don't know the answer.

I have never smoked or used any drugs. Seldom if ever do I have a drink. I don't smoke, but did when I was younger. I'm a don't stink up my space bigot. Smoking in public should only be allowed if 100 yards away from everyone else with out permission.
