Look at this chart and tell me energy didn't double from June of 1999 to Oct 2000 and is DOWN since then:

Tony, that is simply not correct. It may have finally trickled down to the consumer, but energy prices have been escalating for a while (including natural gas). Poor energy policy from an Administration may be to blame, but it is not Bush's Administration that deserves the blame.
