Does anyone offhand know the Nasdaq delisting rules? Specifically, isn't there some rule that says if the companies stock price remains below $1 per share for xxx days then the company is booted off Nasdaq. Is anyone familiar with this? If so, what is the stock price and time duration for this rule?

Thanks,
-Eric
