Hal,

My experience is birds of a feather flock together and that Bramson and his investors (most obviously those who post on these boards) have an ego problem: We cannot seem to get it into our heads that financial success does not equal being right or the other way round: that being right does not guarantee financial success. One must be right at the right time.

If I can state this with the understanding that it is not a complaint or casting blame: I think Bramson, as a self-declared leader, is at greater fault (say, "has a bigger problem) here.

I also think, as investors, we have been incredibly stupid not to understand the implications of so many years of going nowhere: First and foremost in our evaluation of a company should have been our evaluation of it's management, and here, no matter how smart we would like to think EB is, he has done nothing but drive this company into the ground...ok, so it was headed into the ground when he took over: then he failed at being the turn around artist he thought he was; and we failed to see that. I have seen a few turn-around stories: they are done by dynamic types who do it SWIFTLY! That we have announced this direction and that over and over for five years now tells all.

my say
